I'm so sorry , I have a bad heart , GOD cleanse my Heart my Though . Please Forgive me. I have this though....:

1) I am not satisfy with my Brother Sister who didn't show like a proper celebration for me, or a 2nd celebration.

GOd I know I should not request for that and think that way. But GOd help me to have right mindset , heart and though, in Jesus name I pray . Amen

2) GOd forgive me, that I can't really forgive David now; which actually he didn't really even do any serious thing to harm, me , but becuase I think it hurt my pride so much , I sin in hatred , angry, and even worst is , I didn;t decrease it, but increase the anger inside. God help me control me, lead me guide me.

3) GOd please forgive me that , seem like I didn't put all effort to my work or people around me . I just go when company need to rush something.
God please forgive me sometime I online, become time thieves for work already .

4) God please forgive my arrogant, prideful though ; and take its away.

5) God forgive me, that I didn;t do my best to help my family, to preach to them; or put more effort on my popo salvation.

God forgive me , that I don't have mercy, grace , love towards Poeple . Most importantly GOD , I didn't love you enough ,every morning put effoert to do quiet time. God forgive me, I;m been slack, and disconnected to J power.

The work I dod now; I should treat it like social college , pay me to learn social skill. And I keep focus on learning other teachnical studd that keep me going. Is not that more technical knowledge I should go study . But how to shape my attitude toward work and people.

This morning, I heard again my sister in-law go to work on-time . Everytime, aorund 7:30 a.m., without fail , she commit to off to work early . Thta's the discipline and attitude towards work, the serial, the commit, the attitude I should learn instead other than technical knowledege.

Focus on contribute to others, not chasing for own desire and benefit. Even if we contribute, if for others to see and say what rewards you get, and have faith that God will give you more, maybe not at this world , but reward in the heaven. God will take care of everything, even when you feel unfair, keep it peace and let GOd be the justice for you.

When you try to do thing your way, and try to fight for your own benefit and fair; means that you don't trust GOd, and you don't let God, you didn't cast to GOd.

Dear Jesie,

Thank you veru much for listen to me tentatively. I really appreciate and feel grateful that you really concentrate listen to me. You are truly a great listener and sincere heart person. You are really true and a good supporter and encouraging . YOur maturity towards matter inspiring me.

That's why I feel safe to share with you. Actually I have share my working expereinces with many already. I feel like ; always when I share I try to hide the ugly part and tend to only share the beautiful part, sometime even over exaggerate what I have done.
I think actually maybe I did not fully commited to anything ;that why most the thing did half way then stop. Maybe Becuase I'm a perfectionist, when I see something wrong and it's not gonna be perfect and I got easily discourage and lack of motivation to do it best or even persud it already. And also because of that, I always change bf , I have "patho" around 7 times. Most of them I think they are not good enough , or I think is'm not going anyway, then I broke up .

Until at one point, I always think the best is yet t0 come, then forgot abt current important thing. Adn forgot to appreciate what I have ;also apply to bf.

I need to learn to live this minutes, and shine in this minutes, not just keep chasing the next min, the next bf coming; the next company coming . When we do not know how to achieve now, we also can;t really enjoy the fututre.

A Prayer of Thanksgiving to God

"Because of Jesus, I now can live a life of joy, purpose, peace, and love."

God, I have so much joy right now, knowing that you decided to send Jesus to earth so I could be saved from a life of hopelessness and sin and be a peacemaker for you. I recognize in this moment that you saved my life when you sent Jesus, and that because of Jesus, I now can live a life of joy, purpose, peace, and love. I hold onto that hope today. When I look at the world around me, I see so many people who are struggling with stressful, meaningless, chaotic lives without loving, caring relationships. That was my life before you saved me. To say I am grateful doesn't begin to express what I am feeling. I just know I have a sense of meaning and peace I have never had before and could never get on my own strength - and I am full of amazing happiness.

I feel like celebrating right now, knowing that I am now on your side, instead of being at war with you. I know that with you I will never again be lost and alone. I am a new person today, and I recognize what I have just been given. I pray that, as I continue to grow spiritually every day, I will come to understand everything you have just accomplished in my life. By faith, I know I can trust you to be in my life today - and every day. I know I can count on you when things get tough, and knowing I will spend eternity in your presence gives me such hope!

Thank you, Jesus, for the peace you have given me. I pray you will use me as an instrument of that peace so I can help my family, friends, and the world in which I live. I feel so different right now, knowing that you and I are now OK, knowing I am on the road to a deeper understanding of what it means to live for an audience of one. You're not reading this by accident. No, God knew before you were born that you would be here in this moment. He planned to get your attention for just a few seconds so he could say this to you: "I've seen every hurt in your life, and I've never stopped loving you. You matter to me. I love you more than you will ever know. I made you to love you, and I've been waiting for you to love me back."

God is saying, "I want the rest of your life to be the best of your life. I'm with you, and I'm for you. I want to save you from your past. I want to save you for the purpose I made you for. And I want to save you by my grace. If you'll let me do that, I will give you peace with me, peace of me, and peace with other people. But you've got to open the door and receive the Christmas gift."

If you gave me a Christmas gift and I never opened it, you would be disappointed. And it would be a worthless gift because I don't receive the benefit of a gift I never opened.

Have you left an unopened gift under the tree?

Jesus Christ is God's Christmas gift to you. Yet some of us have gone Christmas after Christmas and never opened the best gift of all - God's gift of salvation. Why even celebrate Christmas if you're not going to open the biggest gift? It doesn't make sense to leave unwrapped the gift of your past forgiven, a purpose for living, and a home in heaven.

Jesus Christ says to you, "I can replace the frustration in your heart with peace. I can replace the guilt, resentment, shame, and grudges with forgiveness. I can replace the worry and anxiety with confidence and faith. I can replace depression or despair with hope. I can replace emptiness with meaning and purpose. I can replace confusion with clarity. But I'm not going to break down the door of your heart. You've got to invite me in."

It doesn't matter what your religious background is - Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Muslim, Mormon, Buddhist, Baptist, Hindu, or no religion. This is not about religion. God didn't send Jesus to give you religion. He sent him so you could have a personal relationship with God. It's all about relationship.

Below is a prayer I prayed years ago when I stepped across the line and became a friend of God's. It's a pretty simple prayer. If these words express the desire in your heart, read them as if you are talking to God.

Prayer:

Dear God, I'm scared, but I want to get to know you. I don't understand it all, but I thank you that you love me. I thank you that you're with me even when I didn't recognize it. I thank you that you are for me; that you didn't send Jesus to condemn me but to save me.

I admit I never even realized I needed a Savior, but today I want to receive the Christmas gift of your Son. I ask you to save me from my past, my regrets, my mistakes, my sins, my habits, my hurts, and my hang-ups. Save me from myself.

I ask you to save me for your purpose. I want to know why you put me on this planet. And I want to fulfill what you made me to do. I want to learn to love you and trust you and have a relationship with you.

I need peace with you, God, and I need you to put your peace in my heart. I need you to take away the stress and fill me with your love. Help me be a peacemaker, to help others find peace with you and each other. In your name I pray, amen.

Instead..."be transformed" by the entire renewal of your mind. Overcome the world by having your mind transformed to think like God thinks. In other words, when you see something in the Word, say, "I agree with that. From now on I'm acting on that instead of what I used to think."

For example, when sin calls your name, don't answer. Agree with the Word instead and say, "I'm dead to that, Devil. You can't pull me into it anymore!"

Ecclesiastes 3 tells us there is a time for everything—a time to weep and a time to mourn; a time to laugh and a time to play. You’d be coldhearted and lacking compassion if you experienced loss and felt nothing. But after a while you must let go of what lies behind and press forward. If you don’t, the past will destroy your future.

God said, “Moses My servant is dead. So now arise [take his place], go over this Jordan, you and all this people, into the land which I am giving to them, the Israelites. Every place upon which the sole of your foot shall tread, that have I given to you, as I promised Moses” (Joshua 1:2-3). Like the children of Israel, God wants you to let go of the past and take new ground. Don’t spend the rest of your life mourning something you have lost. Go forward and don’t look back.

You may wonder, “How do I know when to confront someone about an issue, and when to let it go?” If you are too eager to set someone straight, it may not be God motivating you. Correction must be done in love to build up the person and not tear them down. Always pray and wait until you know what God wants you to do.

You must be led of the Spirit. If after prayer you still feel that you are to talk to someone about their behavior, be absolutely sure that you are doing it for their good and not yours. If it is what God has told you to do, you may not even want to do it, but it will be done as an act of obedience to Him. Whatever you do, do it in love.

Today spent a great deep talking time with my dear Lil Sis. I don;t know why, I will suddenly share all my works problem with her. I guess when I humble myself, GOD open road for me.

Tonight I really saw God is good GOD , HE listen to prayers, and help my Sis grow spiritually .

I;m so touch by her sharing . As she know I always job hoping. She say God might want you to overcome the challenge , instead of always keep changing job. The problem will be piling higher only. And everytime you leave a job, you self esteem lower


I really I have to focus back to just purely and confidencely rely on GOd, instead of always go back to my own way, comfort zone.

No matter how mnay times I ask my colleagues to join group hang out, is also useless. Because if my life is show a failure , who will believe what kind of Church or group you are attending .

so doing well in life , is not only Glorify GOD, but you glorify your parents and family . Is our repsonsible, when people think " what kind of parents, teach out such child "

I always will observe Pastor and his wife interactions, if they are true great love interaction example there, I will have more confidence to follow them, If they are not , and they are teaching marriage related topic. Unless you've had your cell phone permanently glued to your ear, chances are you've heard the recent health buzz: Mobile devices may cause cancer. While it's true that the National Cancer Institute has ruled them safe, a growing number of independent researchers disagree.

Those experts point out that the FCC wireless regulations on cell phone safety are largely based on something called specific absorption rate (SAR) levels, or the rate at which our bodies absorb radiation. Most phones do comply with the federal standards, but SAR monitors only thermal effects. (In other words, if the radiation from your phone isn't cooking your brain, it's regarded as safe.) But mounting scientific evidence suggests that nonthermal radio frequency radiation (RF)—the invisible energy waves that connect cell phones to cell towers, and power numerous other everyday items—can damage our immune systems and alter our cellular makeup, even at intensities considered safe by the FCC.

Is your body giving off important clues about your health?

"The problem is that RF can transfer energy waves into your body and disrupt its normal functioning," explains Cindy Sage, an environmental consultant in Santa Barbara, California, who has studied radiation for 28 years. "Here's why that's crucial: Overwhelming evidence shows that RF can cause DNA damage, and DNA damage is a necessary precursor to cancer."

The 2010 Interphone study, the largest to date on RF exposure from mobile phones, has spawned a quagmire of controversy, says health researcher and medical writer Kerry Crofton, Ph.D., who spent four years reviewing RF science for her book Wireless Radiation Rescue: Safeguarding Your Family from the Risks of Electro-Pollution. Many groups, including the National Cancer Institute and the telecom industry, read the results of that study as a green light for wireless calling. Others, like Crofton, point out that because it was largely based on lower cellphone usage in the '90s, the research has little bearing on today's world, in which 285 million Americans have mobile phones and 83 percent of 18- to 29-year-olds are "wired" all the time and sleep with their cell phones next to their heads.

One thing the Interphone study did find? People who chatted via cell for just 30 minutes a day for 10 years saw their risk of glioma (the type of brain tumor that killed Ted Kennedy) rise 40 percent. As a result, many European countries are considering banning cell phones for children under age 6 (RF penetrates little kids' brains more easily), and France has already banned all wireless technology in some schools and many public places, notes physician and epidemiologist Samuel Milham, M.D., a leader in the growing field of electromagnetic research.

All parties agree on this: More studies need to be done. In the meantime, it's best to take easy precautions—and not just with mobile phones. "Never before in human history have we gone from one radiated environment to another," says Crofton. "We're going to wireless offices and living in wireless homes. Even beaches and parks are going wireless. We're exposed everywhere."

The good news is that you don't need to ditch your gadgets. This advice will let you stay plugged in—and keep you healthy.

You're surrounded by electronics at home and work. But you can avoid this number one health enemy.

Cell Phones

When your phone is on (which it probably is even as you read this) it's constantly sending and receiving RF signals to and from the nearest cell tower to keep you in service. The farther you are from a tower, the harder your phone has to work and the more RF it emits, explains David Carpenter, M.D., director of the Institute for Health and Environment at the University at Albany. The activity really amps up when you're, say, driving through rural areas. Plus, within the close confines of a car, your entire core is exposed to the radiation.

The safer solution: Keep your phone off when driving until you really need it, says Carpenter. And no matter where you are, avoid holding a cell phone directly to your noggin (the Interphone study showed gliomas were more prevalent on the side of the head people continuously pressed phones to), always keep it at least six inches or more from your body (in your purse, not your pocket), and use either speakerphone or a corded headset (not a wireless headset). Or text up a storm. If you have a smartphone that's loaded with games, music, and movies, turn your wireless settings off while playing or rocking out. Similarly, don't ever use your cell phone as a bedside alarm clock without first disabling the wireless mode.

Cordless Phones

These stealth wireless threats "have become so powerful, they're often as strong as cell phones," says Sage. "The phone base is like a mini cell tower. It radiates 24-7 and can have a range of up to 300 feet." Particularly suspect are digital enhanced cordless telecommunication (DECT) phones. Preliminary blind studies have found that, when sitting beside a DECT phone base, some people experienced arrhythmia, a troubling heartbeat irregularity that could eventually lead to stroke or coronary disease, says Sage.

The safer solution: You might feel somewhat retro, but "just get a corded phone with an extra-long cord so you can still walk around," says Crofton. "They're better, they're cheaper, and they work in a power outage. Every time you replace a DECT with a corded phone, you're cutting the RF levels in your home significantly."

8 Essential health tests you must have.

Wireless Routers

Your neighborhood coffee shop's wireless Internet access may often seem like a godsend, but the router that's needed to provide the service is continuously emitting high levels of RF (up to 200 feet out), and that constant exposure has been linked to deadly diseases. "If the whole body is radiated by a router's RF emissions, the greatest concern is cancer, especially leukemia," says Carpenter. Also, be aware of your at-home router and any plug-in wireless USB cards you often use.

The safer solution: Ditch your wireless router and plug your computer directly into a cable modem, says Sage. That Ethernet technology doesn't leak RF and is often faster and more secure. If you just can't give up your wireless router (e.g., if you live in a home with a handful of computer users), make sure you sit as far away from it as possible, says Crofton, and turn it off at night and whenever you're not online. Another easy fix: Plug your router into a surge protector with a timer, and set it to go off each night so you don't have to remember to flip the switch.

Laptops

"When you hold your laptop on your lap, what you're essentially doing is radiating your pelvis," says Carpenter, "so all the cancers that affect that area are of concern." Indeed, early studies point to a heightened risk of testicular cancer for men who keep RF-emitting devices close to their belts. For women, adds Carpenter, "the studies aren't quite there yet, but I think we can say that anything that might cause cancer almost always causes birth defects, so pregnant women—or those wanting to become pregnant soon—should take extra precautions."

The safer solution: Keep your laptop off your lap (if you have to rest it there, buffer it with a sturdy pillow that's at least six inches thick). Try to use a desktop computer at home and treat your laptop as an on-the-go convenience. One thing to keep in mind: Laptops are a high RF radiation risk only while connected to wireless Internet, so when you're watching a DVD, fiddling around with your photos, or writing that dissertation, just disable your connection and you'll be much safer.

Baby Monitors

"Baby monitors release more RF than cell phones do, and putting them next to a crib is very, very unwise," says Carpenter. He points to a recent University of Utah study that shows RF radiation can penetrate almost entirely through a child's brain, which doesn't form completely until nearly 20 years of age. "It's very clear from all the existing research that the younger the child is, the more vulnerable he or she is to the effects of RF radiation."

The safer solution: Consider not using a baby monitor. If you absolutely must use one, place it far from your baby's crib—at least 10 to 15 feet away.

I used to wonder why we believers didn't see more of the power of God operating among us than we do. With what we know about faith and the Word, it seemed to me signs and wonders and miracles should be happening all the time.

So, one day I asked, "Lord, why isn't the power of God turned up to a higher volume in the Church?"

Do you know what He said? He told me we weren't walking in enough love yet.

God wants us to have power. But first, He has to be sure we'll use that power in love. He wants to know that we won't take it and mix it with judgment and criticism and blast people out of the water.

"Kenneth," He said, "I can't afford to back your words with supernatural power in a church service on Sunday morning and then have you get on the freeway that night and lash out at someone because he pulled over into your lane. You'd blow him off the highway. I can't leave the power of Almighty God at a high volume in the mouth of an unmerciful fool."

Then He reminded me of a time I took my son, John, hunting. He was just a little guy at the time, barely big enough to keep his gun from knocking him on his back every time he'd pull the trigger. I was teaching him how to shoot, and he was coming along pretty well.

That day we were walking along out at Gloria's grandparents' farm and John spotted one of the biggest tarantula spiders I'd ever seen. It was clinging to the wall of the barn. When John saw that spider, he took aim. He was going to blow that bug away.

If I hadn't stopped him, he would have too. And it wouldn't have dawned on him until it was all over that he was going to blow a hole in the barn at the same time. From my grown-up perspective, I could see that would be foolishness. He couldn't. He was looking through the eyes of a child.

Do you want God to put a shotgun of spiritual power in your hand, so you can blow the works of the devil to kingdom come? Then focus on love. Pursue it. Practice it. Study it. Grow up in it. Then you'll see the power of God operating through you.

Here's a message that will bring you chills.

Have you ever felt the urge to pray for someone and then just put it on
a list and said, 'I'll pray for them later'?
Or has anyone ever called you and said, I need you to pray for me, I
have this need?'

Read the following story that was sent to me and may it change the
way that you may think about prayer and also the way you pray. You will
be blessed by this....

A missionary on furlough told this true story while visiting his
home church in Michigan.

'While serving at a small field hospital in Africa, every two weeks
I travelled by bicycle through the jungle to a nearby city for supplies.
This was a journey of two days and required camping overnight at the
halfway point.

On one of these journeys, I arrived in the city where I planned to
collect money from a bank, purchase medicine, and supplies, and then
begin my two-day journey back to the field hospital.

Upon arrival in the city, I observed two men fighting, one of whom
had been seriously injured. I treated him for his injuries and at the
same time talked to him about the Lord.

I then traveled two days, camping overnight, and arrived home
without incident....

Two weeks later I repeated my journey.
Upon arriving in the city, I was approached by the young man I
had treated. He told me that he had known I carried money and
medicines. He said, 'Some friends and I followed you in to the jungle,
knowing you would camp overnight.
We planned to kill you and take your money and drugs. But just as we
were about to move into your camp, we saw that you were surrounded by 26
armed guards.

At this, I laughed and said that I was certainly all alone in that
jungle campsite. The young man pressed the point, however, and said, No,
Sir, I was not the only person to see the guards, my friends also saw
them, and we all counted them. It was because of those guards that we
were afraid and left you alone.'

At this point in the sermon, one of the men in the congregation jumped
to his feet and interrupted the missionary and asked if he could tell
him the exact day this happened. The missionary told the congregation
the date and the man who interrupted told him this story:

On the night of your incident in Africa, it was morning here and I
was preparing to go play golf. I was about to putt when I felt the urge
to pray for you. In fact, the urging of the Lord was so strong; I called
men in this church to meet with me here in the sanctuary to pray for
you.

Would all of those men who met with me on that day stand up?'


The men who had met together to pray that day stood up. The missionary
wasn't concerned with whom they were, he was too busy counting how many
men he saw.

There were 26.

As you enter your Decade of Destiny, it is important that you understand your work can be an act of worship to God. In fact, if I want God to bless my finances, I must make my work an act of worship.

What does this mean? I'm saying that no matter what you do - sweeping the streets, running a corporation or the work of a stay-at-home mom -- your job is more than a job. The Bible says while you are here on earth, you should use your work as an act of worship.

This means whatever you do, you are to do it with enthusiasm. If your heart is not in it, you are in the wrong job. If you are not working with all your heart, you are sinning. I didn't say that, the Bible says it.

Why work with all your heart? Because you are working "as though you were working for the Lord and not for people." We learned yesterday that God is your salary and supply. He is also your 'boss'. There may be someone who is your supervisor, but you are really serving a higher authority. No matter what I do, if it is to prepare a meal, if it is to sign an invoice, if it is to do an analysis, if it is to close a deal, if it is to make a sale, if it is to make delivery -- whatever it is, I am to do it as if I'm doing it for God, and so it becomes an act of worship.

Martin Luther, the man who sparked the Protestant Reformation, said you can milk cows to the glory of God. You can clean toilets to the glory of God. Why? It's your attitude that says, 'God I'm doing it as if I'm doing it for you.' For instance, Let's say you make beds in a hotel; you are probably going to make them nicer if you think, 'I'm doing this as if Jesus were going to sleep in this bed'.

If you begin doing everything working "as though you were working for the Lord and not for people", how would the way your work change?

The one you like - differentiate worldly feel v.s. Godly feel

Dear Bro & Sis,

Just wanna share , at Church you might suddenly attracted by certain Bro & Sis. But after you exam you lifetraps or Schema , you might found out that you are unhealthyly attracted to certain traits of people, it might not be the best choice that GOD want you pay attention to and it might be a homework that God give you.

After all, God want you to love everyone, so take your time to get to know more Bro & Sis around. Use more time to get to know different person: their way of doing thing, their habit, their principle, your knowledge about them . Is it the one that both of you can excel each other in Kingdom, in every other thing. He or She might be not the one so much like you, but you could compliment each other well and balance each other well.

GOD will give the best for you, just worry about GOD's words & work , and he will lead the way . So don't go your way, go GOD way. you might waste a lot of time & energy by going your way, very fast to determine to be with someone, want a short cut to grab the one you like;but is it God's will ? If not you might taken a long way hard way to reach your partner instead .

Don't get Lost Focus

GOD guard us to know how to balance our life, to arrange our schedule in the way that can draw us closer to you, not closer to become what others think is good or to let ourselves feel like is right . I know A full schedule for others is not the way that glorify you. A schedule that we make just a moment of quality QT with , and day for GOD , ourselves , family, others frens ..... would be a good one, if we also don;t develop and strong habit to have a good foundation, that pointless to even go out there to say anthing..
