A very Good Morning Father, It's been such a long time that I have deep talk to you and connect with you. Father please forgive me , when I am proud that I am rush and choose my own way and keep repeating some sin until sometime I feel ashamed to LOOK at you and be with YOU and be with the BODY --Brother Sister. Moreover I find all kind of excuses to not attend Churches or your command. Thanks for Bless us with HOLY SPIRIT by our-side to lead us.I know many times you are waking me up at the mornings , but for some reasons I think is ok and better to sleep a bit later. I thank you Father , YOU listen to my prayers , continue to love me and forgive me after I sin and regret. FATHER forgive our small faith and increase faith, strength our heart & though when we are weak in flesh. Help us to make the right choice , every moment so that we will not disappoint you and make you sad. Thank you very much FATHER for your Grace to give courage to draw closer. GOD help me to persistently be a discipline person , each day with approprite attitude and good welfare to glorify your name. Love, Hannah

After I watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_leyYopIzE4&feature=related It really inspires me a lot. When I watch this video half way I already start wanted to forgive people that I hold a little grudge in my heart. So to heal my heart, the video give me courage to tell the person honestly how they make me feel, how they hurt me. I wrote to my mum, I wrote my Bro, I wrote to my best friend; which I think they don't even bother to hear what I am saying but I do it anyway. I sent this clips to many many people. i share the clips with my relative and encourage them to talk politely to their spouse and give them a loving attitude. And also I read a bit of my text book which I'm gonna have test soon. And it also inspires to have different thinking to my boss. I always think my boss is a evil person who only think about her own benefit, who have no business ethnic, rude in talking who curse sometime, not appreciate her employee by act very stingy and provide unreasonable benefit and allowance and salary. But after I watch this video, it make think , she might have gone through something harsh situation last time to make her do hurtful thing to people. Because I always remember this statement “Hurt people hurt people “. I can choose to feel sorry and be understood and be forgiven for what she is now. Because is like a bad cycle: hurt people hurt people. I can think she hurt me, then I might think way to hurt her back, maybe no perform well in job / or not good in attendance to hurt her. Then the bad cycle will go on and on again, like never end in this world, can you imagine what this world will like….. That’s also make me think most of the successful business person , they go through some hardship when they are young that make them so much drive to want to success so .. they make sense.. Certain people grow up in certain situation, so God plan it so they can be good in certain thing. You are gorgeous , beautiful just the way you are; and GOD will walk through the storm with you and give you strength, just one step at a time, so not need to be fear. =)

Cleaning toilet dirt - like flushing daily life dirt

You know ,often when the toilet bowl dirt build up , if you constantly clean it out once in a while like every week or every 2 week once when you are showering, the dirt would easily come out. I have watched some toilet bowl that have really dirty permanent stain; I wonder how it could even build up if it been wash quite often. Then it lead me to relate it to another our daily life thing. It's everyday after our meal, if we don't " flush it out" daily, it will build up toxic in our body, slowly it will become a a sickness or disease to us. If you think about it .It parallel to our mentor health ; if everyday before we go to sleep , we " flush out " some toxic though or anger or unhealthy though ; then we will have a healthy soul. Some people use daily reflection, daily self -evaluation or dairy to clean their daily mental dirt then follow by pray. And some even better they add in feeding their mind with "mind-vitamin" every morning or every night before their sleep; with: power, sweet self encouraging words , encouraging self, loving self , and checking self and improving self. I believe if we did it all; the healthy input and flushing out dirt daily INSIDE OUT we would have a happy & healthy life. Wow, Hannah Chong I think you just wrote an awesome though here , right on ! Awesome ! I'm so proud of you ! A SHOUT OUT TO MYSELF! Thank GOd, after I pray, you give me strength through this, after the act of cleaning toilet.It inspire me to share this. Thanks GOD , you are so LOving that keep on encouraging me when I'm down. Keep on guiding me back to path, when I don't feel I like to. What fill your life ?

I always though I want to chase after sex, money, work, life partner, house, best interior property and great quality design cloth, best toiletries product, best facial products, but I feel lost today, I always watch passion video clips, great love story, x video and fill my lust, desire and I can imagine I love myself or people love me. But still empty today, those cannot fill the emptiness in my heart anymore. I do not use to it , because I can always fill myself with the passion image , but now cannot anymore, so I feel lost , and I ask myself, what am I doing everyday go to work? I didn't even go to work today. I can't find any reasons to pursue what goal in my life anymore, I even think Why I want to pursue my life. I pray, I still feel lost, I watch some sermons , I still feel lost. Perhaps, I need another level of repent, because I've been repeat my sin many times. God have so much grace to sent me a big Alarm , even my ex bf That I long to be with; can't even fill that emptiness I think. God help me , I need you, need your wisdom ,need the peace and increase my faith, and forgive my sin and ignorant and disrespect and . Forgive I take your rules lightly when I need to take it serious and precious with full respect. In JESUS name I pray. Amen

START FROM NOW WRITING TO GOD --- THANK YOU AND LOVE LETTER TO MY DEAR GOD Delay Gratification~Excited Challenge Some life experience you can't buy money... 8 May 2012 By Hannah Chong ( THANK GOD FOR SO MUCH INSPIRATION) Today is kind of the first day I officially taken over the practical job of our company Operation Manager task. It's seem like a impossible thing to happen for a company, when a manager who work for 11 years and have to hand over a job to a 8 months old staff who don't even have the experience about the field. At first I am so scare ; so I try express to everyone to prepare for the accident happen;in order to save my reputation of work. First I express to my superior , colleague and head of Sales department who have direct affect of the whole matter.I even indirectly using head of Sales to talk to my boss about how I'm not confidence to take over the job, and they better prepare for any problems arise in the future. I said " is kind of like I want to display a responsible attitude so that I want to give an alarm in advance first." So I have so much dissatisfaction towards my boss; about how not understanding my boss is towards our situation and operation in the company. I even say that she not even have the qualification to evaluate our performance to decide our salary , since she do not clearly understanding how the flow of every department job. Everything to her seem so easy. However as I still hesitantly start doing the task while my existing task in still piling like mountain. At first I just try to be dumb in order for me to ask and get more answer easily;and compiling all the data into a easy read table; follow then I hands on start giving order to specific supplier to fulfill the job. So my whole body emotion start to change from shaking angrily to blood running excitedly inside me. I thank God for giving me a worry free heart , mine and soul, because we have his strength and wisdom. HE also give me the right attitude to work on things, although I still display not very good attitude at first. Not willing to take on task that sound so unfair and a unbalance pay. At the end of the day when I want to call off work, I suddenly feel a strong sense of achievement, and feel so bless that everybody around is so helpful and understanding. I thanks God . Then I have a though, those that not afraid to so something that " stupid and unfair and willing to sacrifice and contribute" will gain the most. They will gain, respect, sense of achievement , polishing life experiences to be stronger personality, push to do work more efficiently , and free "lecture"; and the most beautiful thing is , you don't even have time to slack which would lead you to sin easily at work. Hallelujah, Amen.Time is so fill, until you don't realize the off time. I thank you God for giving me to have this chance to grow, and to push in a position to experience challenge and could grow fast and focus. Still of excited about this new challenge, GOD I hope you give me more wisdom to let your words shine in every situation of my work and life. I thank you for all your Blessing ,and thank you that you still love me, although I have sin a lot and lack of faith. I thank YOu that you still listen to my prayers and guide me daily. In JESUS name I express gratification to our DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER.AMEN.

I wouldn't give up any chance to explore and experience new thing, place & activities, so live your life the fullest and be joyful , enjoy it !~
At every age , do thing that you still can afford to do.
go exercise !~
go hiking , go swimming, go travel, go eat and try different delicious food..
and go different charity organisation to love ...
go cooking & do enzymes.....
take different classes

when you look back wouldn't you wanna smile more to the people you meet everyday , and perform your chore in the right attitude .. and not waste time on lazy rest too much

you wouldn't waste time to be calculative, or be sad too long, or depress , cry or bad to people and yourself .
life is like a travel trip. so Fully utilize the times, don't miss any place and treasure around you.
