Encouragement is better than Judgement

I really want to share this quote to you. It is my all time favorite quote from Dale Carnegie :”Instead of condemning people ; let’s try to understand why they do what they do.People do better work and put forth greater effort under a spirit of approval/ encouragement than under a spirit of criticism“.

Sometime even you find that you are very angry at one person, try to cool down first and think what make that person do that. Everthing happen for reasons. Just like that exercise we did it this week- what make a personality; are from family and up bringing environment.
Some people might not that fortunate enough to get the right information/lesson at the right time.

So if we all could be more understanding to each other as a human being. It’s gonna be a beautiful world and not ” politics” world .Plus tough situation tends to polish you up and become more mature in speed, so there’s always a “pro” in every situation.

I know sometime very hard to control the fire inside when you are in a intense situation. Its happen ,I also have some lose control moments, but I try to be calm and patient. And I am in the progress of getting better and better.I hope you do as well.

So next time when you starting to feel rage, try to that “The Fish” movement – deep breath and blow all the bad fire out. Istead of using it to “fire” people.

Arty Speech – Friendly reminder; Too direct comment- Evil Crtiticise

In classroom, in workplace or in anywheren in your life, you definitely will meet some people that you would not agree with their behavior ; or even you will see some unreasonable behavior. So how do we due with it. Or how do we convey the message to them;so they feel is easy to accept.

I think the art of speech play a major role. Why some of the people are very successful , and many people feel very comfortable around them and love them very much . I think 90+% of them know how to respect and appreciate a person, and make another person feel privillge. These are the people who know how to speak positive language rather than sound like judging a person all the time.
They are using beautiful words to encourage and compliment others.

I think the simplest way to do it, is to imagine the way you want people to talk to you. How you want them to talk to you? Is it full of respect, make you feel like you are very imporatant person; respect and appreciate your work or as a person?

After someone feel like you are in the ” same boat” with them, any opinion to them will sound like a friendly reminder. Just like your bestfriend who understand you and appreciate you, watever they said is so much easier to accept.

On the other hand, I think we should appreciate those who brave to step up to you , and tell you what you are doing wrong. It is like that theory, good customer is those who complain ; so we know which area to improve and become better.
