If we always suppress and accumulate all the unhealthy emotion and not sharing out with the right community , is very easy for us to harden our heart.
God helo me, and give me some sisters that I can really share and pr out my feelings for my daily life, that we can share with each others comfortabily and use your words to encourage each others to gain comfort, love , enrouragement with each others .
